Our Impact

Since 2007, NOWCS has served over 4,500 individuals of diverse backgrounds. NOWCS’s success rate is remarkable: 98% of clients stay out of homelessness permanently, a statistic that the organization attributes to its robust wraparound services and its Transition Assistance Program, which supports former Shelter residents for 18 months.

In 2023, NOWCS sheltered 230 homeless persons.

• 143 (62%) were children and 77 (33%) were women
• 187 former residents who are now stably housed also served through our Transition Assistance Program (“TAP”).
